Speeko offers a 7-day free trial that gives every user full access to all Pro features before any payment is required. We believe this trial is sufficient for you to evaluate whether Speeko is right for you.
Because of this free trial, we operate a clear and straightforward refund policy. This policy applies to all purchases of Speeko Pro subscriptions made through our authorised payment partners.
All new users receive a 7-day free trial of Speeko Pro upon signing in with their Google account. No payment information is collected during the trial period.
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
After the 7-day paid period has passed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable — if you experienced a genuine technical issue that we could not resolve, we will work with you to find a fair outcome.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed by our payment partner and typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In almost all cases, we can resolve the issue faster and more simply through direct contact. Chargebacks that are filed without prior contact may result in the immediate termination of your Speeko license key and account access.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Speeko after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
