By downloading, installing, or using Speeko ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Speeko on Windows devices that you own or control.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the Software or your access to it.

Pro licenses are sold through our payment provider. All payments are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Software does not function as described on your device. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page.

Lifetime licenses are valid for all future versions of the Software on the current major platform (Windows). They do not include future products or platform ports.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Transcription accuracy is dependent on audio quality, microphone hardware, and environmental conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the in-app changelog or on this website.
